CREEPER~(noun) a person who creeps most or everyone out, and is not well liked or respected. i.e: Micheal Jackson, Tom Cruise, etc.

Well anyway a creeper can come from anywhere at anytime. Creepers are people that think they are cool but are just hoplessly lost. Creepers can be everyday citizens that walk by you seeming normal.
